Wild Rhubarb

Rumex hymenosepalus
West Canyon Road

Spring is almost here.  The wildflowers know!  Already you can see tiny blossoms in places. One of the first large “showy” plants is Wild Rhubarb.  It doesn’t last for long, so keep your eyes on the look out.  West Canyon Road often has some good patches of the Wild Rhubarb that is easy to spot, but you will find it in other places of the park as well.
