In person events are returning! Friends of Snow Canyon are pleased to offer some outdoor events this Fall. See the volunteer opportunities below as well as an outdoor hike/lecture presentation. At this point we are not planning indoor events due to the COVID situation. Zoom presentations remain available for your enjoyment at home. They are posted below the Event listings on this page.

To obtain information about the park we suggest going to the Utah State Parks website. The information is regularly updated with COVID-19 information as it relates to Snow Canyon and other state parks.

Utah State Parks is following the guidance and recommendations of our health partners. This includes social distancing and limiting the size of groups — as well as “Clean-Avoid-Cover” guidelines. Visit coronavirus.utah.gov for up-to-date information about COVID-19 in Utah.

The park is open and a wonderful place to visit while  practicing social distancing. Friends will stay in contact with members via email and you can also follow on Facebook as well.
