The Trail Steward Program at Snow Canyon State Park is staffed by dedicated volunteers who serve as goodwill ambassadors to park guests.
Easily identified by the “Trail Steward” vest, stewards can be seen working maintaining trails, and monitoring trail activity. Trail Stewards also answer questions about the park’s natural history, including flora and fauna, geology, local history, as well as give directions to points of interest.
